Boys join Cub Scouts because it’s fun, but you’ll love it for all the other benefits your son receives. Scouting teaches leadership and builds character. It builds confidence and social skills, and it teaches the value of service and citizenship. Scouting brings families closer together and it builds lifelong friendships.
Pack 333 is a very active, energetic Pack. The boys love to camp, so we go camping almost every month. We also participate in field trips, community service and conservation activities. The boys have a blast as we launch rockets, go hiking, and race pinewood derby cars. Participation is not mandatory at all events, but your son will benefit from attending as many as possible.
How Scouting works
Each Cub Scout is part of a “Den” made up of 6-8 boys in his grade level. Dens meet approximately once a month to participate in social activities, community service, and learn new skills in order to advance toward their next rank. All Dens come together once per month at a Pack meeting, which his held at Grace Community Church (600 West Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL 33486). Pack meetings feature guest speakers and allow recognition of Scouts for their individual and group achievements. For more information, please read Welcome_Pack_333_Parent_guide
Cub Scouting is a program that parents and children can do together. Siblings of Scouts are welcome to participate in many of our events. There are many volunteer positions available for parents who want to get more involved. We strive to be organized and efficient because we understand that everyone’s time is valuable.
Why join Pack 333? Because we have the MOST FUN!
